If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I will refund the total cost of the painting (excluding return postage costs) once the painting has been returned intact and undamaged.

Returns must be completed within ten days of the purchase date.

I would expect that the watercolour paintings and fine art prints be returned in a cardboard backed envelope to avoid damage.
And the box canvases be returned in secure cardboard boxes.
